Captive Portal / User Identification Portal not accepting credentials

Captive portal is presented when the user cannot be automatically identified. The captive portal will request your Username (not Email) and your usual computer password.


If credentials are still not accepted, try logging-on to a school desktop (not wireless) computer to check your password.


To confirm your identity, simply go to the Captive Portal and enter your username (not email address) and your usual school login password.
