How to change your voicemail greeting (softphones only)
Sign in to the Zoom web portal https://mhsf-org-uk.zoom.us or https://cobhamhall.zoom.us
Sign in as SSO.
In the navigation menu, click Phone, then click Settings.
In Call Handling, go to Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction at the bottom.
Click Edit and then Add Audio.
Record a new greeting or Upload a file.
Enabling click-to-dial
Click on the phone number 020 8959 1176
If prompted for the application to open the link with, select Zoom Meetings. If prompted by the browser application,, select to always allow Zoom Meetings to open.
The Zoom app will copy the phone number into the dialing field, so simply click the dial button to call the number.
Note that you can use Excel formula to convert phone number lists to phone link, for example a phone number in cell A2:
