The MHSF Phone List is updated every day with data from Zoom. Please contact the IT Help desk should your contact details need updating.

Setting-up click-to-dial internal numbers from the MHSF Phone List

1. Right-click on a phone link and select to open in new tab.
2. When prompted, click the option to choose an app to open the link.
   • Chrome: Click Open Pick an app. Click the check box if you want Chrome to automatically open Zoom when you click on phone numbers.
   • Firefox: Select Pick an app and click Open link. Click the check box if you want Firefox to automatically open Zoom when you click on phone numbers.
3. If prompted, select Zoom Meetings and select Always use this app.
4. Click OK.
5. Zoom Phone will open with the selected number.
6. To dial, click the Zoom phone icon
7. From now on, you can just right-click on any phone link

How to call a highlighted external phone number

Softphone users can also set-up Zoom to call any highlighted number, for example a contact in iSAMS or a Word document. Follow these instructions Call highlighted phone number and enable the following shortcut:

• Phone shortcut Ctrl+P

Only those users allocated a Zoom softphone licence can use the phone shortcut to call external numbers.
