Microsoft Teams is the preferred choice for Meetings, however Zoom is sometimes easier for external users.

Zoom Single Sign-On (SSO) is available for all Staff - go to https://mhsf-org-uk.zoom.us/

If you did a Google search to find the Zoom sign-in page, then click on the SSO sign-in button, and when requested enter the company domain mhsf-org-uk and Continue.

Free Meetings

All users will have a basic Zoom account which gives free meetings with up to 100 attendees and a maximum duration of 40 minutes (unfortunately the 40 minute-limit has been re-applied to Education accounts).

Large Meeting
A member of staff can request a Zoom Meeting Account for a temporary licence to Increase the number of interactive participants to 500 or 1,000. There is no time-restriction.

Zoom Webinars
A member of staff can request a Zoom Meeting Account  for a temporary licence to allow up to 100 panelists to engage with either 500, 1,000, 3,000 ... attendees. There is no time-restriction.

Meeting Recordings

Basic accounts can record meetings locally to a device. A licensed user can record meetings to the Zoom Cloud - but this is not recommended, and users must ensure that cloud recordings are deleted in a timely manner.
Important meetings must not record to cloud as cloud recording are accessible to all Zoom Administrators. Where necessary, Local recording can be selected.

o    Recordings should be downloaded to OneDrive/SharePoint and deleted from Zoom,

o   Once downloaded, recordings can be shared via OneDrive/SharePoint with others and time limits can be specified
