A blue screen of death (BSoD) signifies Windows 10 has detected a fatal system error and must shut down immediately to avoid damaging the operating system. This process leaves you with a blue screen displaying a sad emoji and a cryptic message that reads, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."
Usually, after a minute or two the computer will restart normally, however If the initial restart does not restore Windows then remove all cables and select to restart the computer again. Do not select any of the advanced recovery options as these are unlikely to be successful, and will probably make any locally-saved data impossible to recover.
Whether the computer successfully restarts or not, please raise a ticket so that failure data can be collected for analysis.
