Check display is powered on
Ensure the display is powered on by checking the bottom button on the right-side of the display you will see a white light on the power button, note that this maybe faint in bright light conditions.
Check the display is on the correct input
If your device does not display when plugged in to the dock, please check the following.
Ensure you can see the ‘HDMI’ icon on the screen.
If you see any text on the display, then go to the navigation buttons on the side of the display and press the bottom button (orange/red) until you either see the ‘HDMI’ icon or your devices display.
If you are still having issues with the display, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk.
