Sharepoint / OeDrive files and folders can be shared with anyone, both inside and outside the organisation.
By default, the Share option will select specific people (by internal/external email address).
External users may have to initially (and periodically) validate their email addresses. Instructions will be automatically sent with the share invitation.
Sharing links will expire in 365 days, the owner will be informed prior to the expiry, re-share if required.
Avoid the "Public" privacy setting - public means all staff, pupils, summer school pupils.
All MHSF staff are a member of one of the following groups, and can be either added as visitors (read-only) or as members (can edit the sharepoint content):
- MHSF All Support Staff
- MHSF All Academic Support Staff
- MHSFAllTeachers
- MHSF Agency Staff
