I am not receiving some emails, or emails to me are blocked

Symptom: Emails may not be received due to security issue or SPF failure, the emails are blocked by our email gateway. If an email is blocked:

  1. You won’t receive the email,
  2. You won’t receive a notification about the blocked email as there is something serious about it to be blocked,


What to do: 

To check if an email is blocked:

  • Enter your email address to check if any emails are blocked, and press "Next"

  • Choose “Blocked” on “Action Taken” to show all emails that are blocked

  • Take screenshot and log a ticket for the emails that you are expecting to be released, only administrators can release the emails and investigate for any security concern.
