Symptom: Emails may not be received due to security issue or SPF failure, the emails are blocked by our email gateway. If an email is blocked:
- You won’t receive the email,
- You won’t receive a notification about the blocked email as there is something serious about it to be blocked,
What to do:
To check if an email is blocked:
- Go to firefly
- Click on the “Mail Filtering and Continuity” link on the “quick links” on the right hand side bar
- Enter your email address to check if any emails are blocked, and press "Next"
- Choose “Blocked” on “Action Taken” to show all emails that are blocked
- Take screenshot and log a ticket for the emails that you are expecting to be released, only administrators can release the emails and investigate for any security concern.
