School Email Signature
Please note that the school email signatures are automatically appended to all emails sent outside the organisation, there is no longer any need to insert a signature in Outlook. Only the main school number and job title will be shown.
Should your signature still appear when you create an email, in Outlook select Insert > Signature > Signatures... and set the default for both new messages and replies to No Signature:
You can of course continue to add personal messages as a signature....
Create your own signature and choose when Outlook adds a signature to your messages.
- Open a new email message.
- On the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures.... if you have more than one signature, you will find them listed as below
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
- Under Edit signature, compose your signature.
and Save.
