ACCESS TO ESS AND THE DASHBOARD

To access ESS please follow this link: https://people.millhilleducationgroup.com/


Your login details are the same as the ones you use to access your payslips  (username is usually firstname.surname)  . If you are having any issues, please contact HR.


On the dashboard you will be able to view and request annual leave, view your payslips, view any sickness absence and add any documents relevant.


BOOKING HOLIDAYS

  1. To book a holiday click on the button below the circle of days available.


  2. You will then be bought to this page. If you would like to book more than one day of holiday, please select that option.

  3. You will then be able to enter the dates of annual leave you would like to request


  4. You will then receive a notification to confirm your request has been saved.

  5. When you return to the homepage you will see that the days you requested have been removed from your entitlement. If your line manager rejects your request the days will be returned.


  6. If you click on “view all holidays” button you will see the below overview of your annual leave. You will see that the holiday I requested is still awaiting authorisation from my line manager.

  7. You will also receive an email to confirm your request has been sent to your line manager for authorisation and the dates you have requested. Your line manager will also receive an email to inform them that you have requested holiday and that they will need to login to their iTrent to approve or reject it.


    DELETING OR AMENDING A HOLIDAY REQUEST

  8. If you make a mistake and want to edit the dates you can do, by clicking on the absence record and changing the dates, or deleting the request.

  9. I deleted the entry so my holiday entitlement has increased back to 14 days on the Homepage and my line manager will no longer have the notification to approve the holiday.

VIEW PAYSLIPS

Click on “Latest Payslips” and then the download arrow for the month you wish to view. The

download will come up at the bottom of your screen as a PDF for you to open and view.


SICKNESS

To view your sickness details, click “view all sickness”


You will then be able to see all the records made for you by your line manager for your sickness absence.


If you have a sick note/ return to work document, you can upload it to the record via clicking on the “attachments” button” and then completing the form that pops up. After you have uploaded the document, you wish to add, click save.

RETURN TO DASHBOARD

To return to the dashboard click the iTrent logo on the top left of the screen
