PLEASE DO NOT ADD THE PRINTER USING WINDOWS ADD DEVICES. THIS IS NOT SECURE AND WILL NOT RELIABLY RELEASE YOUR PRINT JOBS.

ALL JOBS WILL ALSO BE VISIBLE ON THE PRINTER.

To check that you are signed in and ready to use the cloud printing service “Click on the System Tray Icon”.

Find the “Xerox Workplace Cloud Client” and right click on it.

Check you are signed in.

Sign in if necessary.

Go to File and then Print before selecting “Mill Hill Print”.

Click PRINT to send your job to print.

At the lock screen on the printer swipe your registered card to release your prints.
