What happens if my child leaves before the end of the support period with Easy4U?

If you have paid for the device in full, the device is reset and stripped of all Mill Hill Education Group restriction and licenses, and your child retains the device. If you leased the laptop and have paid monthly, you can either pay off the remaining balance and keep the device, or hand back the device to Easy4U (the cost of cancelling the contract is four months payments).


Please contact Easy4U customer support as soon as possible to facilitate the reseting of your laptop.
