Once integration happens will all teachers automatically have accounts?
- Once the integration link is live, teacher accounts won't automatically generate and instead you'll have the option to generate them easily via the Wonde colleagues tab on the platform.

Will teacher and students current accounts and log in credentials pre integration still apply or will it be a total reset?
- No reset needed here! Students and teachers will continue to log onto the platform as they already are doing so with their email address and selected password.

Will it recognise teacher’s different roles e.g if a teacher is a Housemaster and a subject teacher. Can they be in the system under multiple roles?
- As it stands, the classes data isn't going to pull through in the integration as we're not quite ready for this side of things yet. As of now, the focus is to make sure student, teacher and form group data is pulling through accurately.

Will students still have to self select their subject teachers for references and predicted grades or will the integration magically sort this?
- As mentioned, we're not integrating classes data as of yet and so this will be still be the existing method of uploading the data and students being prompted to select their students. Alternatively, we have a data file that can help allocate students to classes in bulk! This file will need to be populated on your side, once the latest classes data has been uploaded.

Will teachers have the ability to add students to their classes for references if students are missing or join late?
- Definitely! Anyone with editing permissions or listed as a subject teacher will be able to add and remove students to/from their classes.

Does it automatically update each year?
- The classes data does not automatically renew each year as we find it can be quite different each cycle (teachers leaving and joining!). Instead, you're able to pull the existing data and amend as necessary to reflect the most up to list classes data you have on file.

Will we have control to add students and teachers?
- Yes! Once the integration link is live, you'll be able to onboard new students and staff easily via the Wonde colleagues and Wonde students tabs.

Can Housemasters be given control to oversee the subject references and merge them to complete the final references
- Anyone with editing permissions can view subject references easily via both the Advanced and Basic sections. It may help to assign Housemasters as 'Extra Overall Reference Writers' to students, which means they'll act as co-tutor and have the same permissions as the form tutor. This will allow them to view subject references and merge them to complete the final references.

How quickly will it all be operational after integration so they we can get students adding notes to reference writers etc.
- This part won't be affected by integration and so you're able to get students to start doing this whenever you're ready!
