As previously communicated, we are actively working to update the Firefly and iSAMS integration for all customers to use a new Wonde connection, which will provide increased reliability and security for your integration. Please note that although the original target completion date was early February, due to some transition delays we now expect this process to be completed by mid-March.
Please rest assured that your existing sync with iSAMS will remain in place until your new integration using Wonde has been completed. Despite this adjusted timeline our team is making great progress on this project, and we would like to thank you for your assistance in providing the relevant Batch API Keys that are needed. If you have not yet provided this information, it is important that you do this as soon as possible to prevent any additional delays.
