Kerboodle is a standalone Virtual Learning Environment (i.e. Kerboodle users do not integrate with any existing systems). Kerboodle setup is totally manual, so user accounts will inevitably be poorly maintained.
Staff Accounts - please contact your Head of Department who will be able to add you to the system.
Subject Teachers - please contact your Head of Department who will be able to define your teaching groups.
Pupil Accounts. At the start of the academic year the upper sixth are removed from Kerboodle, and each year group moved-up, and new Year 9 pupils added. Upon request late joiners will have to be manually added by the Kerboodle administrator.
To login to Kerboodle for the first time use the above links, the user will need to click Forgotten Password, and wait for a notification email to their school email. The new Kerboodle password you use must not be the same as your school credentials (because the Kerboodle site is external and not considered secure).
Once the account has been activated by logging-in for the first time, the user can subsequently click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button for Single Sign-On (SSO).
You can also access Kerboodle via https://www.kerboodle.com - but unless you have activated your account and use SSO (see above) you will have to enter the institution code as shown at the top of this article.
To login to Kerboodle for the first time from MHS/MHI the user will need to click Forgotten Password, and wait for a notification email. The new Kerboodle password you use must not be the same as your school credentials (because the Kerboodle site is external and not considered secure).
Once the account has been activated by logging-in for the first time, the user can click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button for Single Sign-On.
Belmont pupils will use the same pre-defined password as their computer login.
Administration
Note that Kerboodle can only support a single administrator at each site:
Belmont admin: James Higgs?
MHI admin: yja@millhillinternational.org.uk
MHS admin: itsupport@millhill.org.uk
